Casino Sieger: My Expert Take on This Canadian-Facing Casino
Author: Parker GarciaCasino Sieger has been around since 2009, which is practically a lifetime in online gambling. Operated by Condor Malta Ltd and licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority, it targets Canadian players with euro and Canadian dollar support, a big welcome bonus, and a games library spanning slots, live dealer tables, and virtual sports.
What you will notice first is the volume of promotions - reloads, free spins, cashback - alongside a busy lobby powered by names like NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, and Microgaming. What you will notice later, and what matters more, is a mixed public reputation: a low Trustpilot score and a blacklisting at AskGamblers. I will walk you through both sides honestly.
What we like
- Long track record since 2009 with MGA and Irish licences
- Huge games library including live dealer and virtual sports
- Bonuses of all types: welcome, reload, cashback, free spins
- Canadian dollars supported alongside EUR and NOK
- Payouts processed within 12 hours after approval
- Cryptocurrency support and mobile-friendly site
What we don't like
- Trustpilot score of 1.8 from 47 reviews
- Blacklisted by AskGamblers with a 1/10 editorial rating
- Notarized documents may be required at first withdrawal
- Live chat only from 08:00 to 24:00 CET, no phone support
- Bonus terms appear out of step with upcoming UK wagering rules

General Information about Casino Sieger
Casino Sieger is an online casino operated by Condor Malta Ltd and open to players in Canada, Norway, Finland, and the German market. The Casino Sieger site runs in a browser or on mobile, and the navigation covers Slots, Casino, Live Casino, Promotions, and Virtual Sports. Note that the sportsbook is currently under maintenance, so plan around slots and tables for now.
The Casino Sieger brand has been live since 2009, which gives it a longer history than most competitors. Licences from the Malta Gaming Authority, the Irish Revenue Commissioners, and a UK account add a layer of oversight. Players from the UK, US, Spain, and France cannot register, so Canadian players sit firmly within the target audience.
Payment Information and Options at Casino Sieger
Casino Sieger supports a long list of deposit methods, including Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly, iDebit, instaDebit, MuchBetter, EcoPayz, Paysafe Card, and bank wire transfer. Canadian players will recognize iDebit and instaDebit in particular. Withdrawals run through bank wire, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly, iDebit, instaDebit, MuchBetter, and a handful of regional options.
Your first withdrawal at Casino Sieger requires verification, and the casino may ask for notarized documents. That step is the most common cause of payout delays according to player complaints. Once approved, requests are processed within 12 hours and funds usually land in less than two business days. That speed is genuinely competitive when verification is not a factor.
Customer Support at Casino Sieger
Support at Casino Sieger runs through live chat from 08:00 to 24:00 CET, plus a contact form and email. There is no telephone support, and live chat is unavailable outside business hours. If you play from Canada, check the time difference before you need help urgently.
The Help Center, FAQ, and Payment Methods pages cover many common questions, so start there for simple issues. For account or withdrawal problems, email creates a paper trail. Fair warning: recent Trustpilot reviews mention slow follow-up on support tickets, so keep records of every conversation.
Games at Casino Sieger
The Casino Sieger games lobby covers slots, live casino, table games, and virtual sports. Named titles include Book of Dead, Starburst, Dwarf Mine, Cazino Cosmos, Baron Samedi, Book of Oz, and 9 Masks of Fire. Software comes from NetEnt, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, Quickspin, Big Time Gaming, Red Tiger Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, and more than twenty other studios.
Table game fans get blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, video poker, and scratch cards. The live casino section includes Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, and Live Baccarat with real dealers. The variety is one of the clearest strengths of Casino Sieger, and the provider list is genuinely top-tier.
Bonuses and Promotions at Casino Sieger
Casino Sieger leans hard on promotions. The homepage welcome bonus is 100% up to $500 plus 50 free spins on Book of Dead, and another stated offer gives 100% up to $260 with 40x wagering, a $20 minimum deposit, and a 30-day expiry. There is also a Wednesday Bonus with 85% up to $520 plus 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza.
Beyond welcomes, Casino Sieger offers reload bonuses, cashback, no deposit offers, live casino bonuses, and crypto bonuses. Wagering requirements across the site sit at 30x, 40x, 45x, or 60x depending on the offer, with a $5 max bet on bonus play. Read the terms before opting in: altering bet size or game type mid-wagering can be flagged as bonus abuse at Casino Sieger.
Casino Sieger's Commitment to Responsible Gambling
Casino Sieger links to a Responsible Gaming page from its footer, alongside Terms, Security and Privacy, and Bonus Terms. The site is strictly 18+. No casino can guarantee wins, and slots, tables, and live dealer games all carry real financial risk.
Set deposit limits before you play, treat bonuses as entertainment rather than an edge, and take breaks when sessions run long. If gambling stops feeling like fun, step away and seek support from a recognized responsible gambling organization in Canada. Play within your means, always.
