Casino Infinity Canada: My Expert Take on This Crypto-Friendly Casino
Author: Parker GarciaI have been keeping an eye on Casino Infinity since it landed on the Canadian scene in 2023, and it is one of the more distinctive crypto-friendly platforms out there. Operated by Rabidi N.V. under a Curacao license, Casino Infinity Canada combines a massive games lobby with a sportsbook, a five-tier loyalty quest, and generous welcome offers that reach C$4,500 plus 350 free spins.
What draws me in is the speed of crypto and Interac withdrawals and the sheer range of payment methods, over 15 cryptocurrencies included. That said, this Casino Infinity review will not hide the trade-offs, from limited fiat support to a Curacao license that offers lighter oversight than MGA or UKGC standards. Let us dig in, and remember that every game here is strictly 18+ with no guaranteed wins.
What we like
- Huge lobby of 8,686 games, including 7,276 slots
- 15+ crypto payment methods with near-instant withdrawals
- Advanced 5-level Infinity Quest loyalty program
- Regular tournaments and a C$750,000 Drops and Wins series
- Sports betting and casino games on one platform
What we don't like
- Heavily crypto-focused, fiat support is limited
- Curacao license means lighter oversight than MGA or UKGC
- Minimal responsible gambling features
- Live chat availability is reported inconsistently

General Information about Casino Infinity
Casino Infinity is an online casino and sportsbook platform that has served Canadian players since 2023. The Casino Infinity Canada site runs through your browser, whether on desktop or mobile, so there is no dedicated app to download. Registration is quick, and the platform supports eight languages alongside CAD and Interac e-Transfer.
The Casino Infinity experience leans hard into crypto. You can deposit and withdraw using Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, USDTether, and Binancepay, among 15+ crypto options. If you prefer traditional banking, the Casino Infinity cashier also accepts Mastercard, Visa, Interac, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, EcoPayz, MiFinity, Jeton, Neosurf, Flexepin, and Apple Pay.
Payment Information and Options at Casino Infinity
The minimum withdrawal at Casino Infinity is C$20 via USD Money, while most other methods require C$45. Crypto and Interac withdrawals are nearly instantaneous, often landing within 0 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers take longer, so plan accordingly if you use card-based methods.
Every deposit must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, and the welcome bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement on bonus plus deposit. The minimum deposit to claim the Casino Infinity welcome package is C$30, with free spins awarded in batches of 20 per day. Verification is required before your first payout, so complete it early.
Customer Support at Casino Infinity
Support at Casino Infinity is handled through live chat and email at support@casinoinfinity.com. There is no phone line, which is common for crypto-focused casinos. Some sources report live chat around the clock, while others note hours of 9 AM to 9 PM UTC, so I would test it before relying on it.
For common questions, check the FAQ and footer links covering the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Cookies Policy. If your issue involves a payment, have your transaction ID ready, as it speeds up the chat considerably. Overall, the Casino Infinity support setup is functional but not the strongest part of the package.
Games at Casino Infinity
The Casino Infinity lobby lists 8,686 games, including 7,276 slots, and pulls from 76 providers such as NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Microgaming via Games Global, Yggdrasil, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Relax Gaming, Quickspin, Thunderkick, Wazdan, BGaming, and Betsoft. RTP rates regularly exceed 96%, sometimes above 97%, and free slot demos are available for risk-free play.
Beyond slots, Casino Infinity offers live dealer tables, 100+ jackpot games, instant games, virtual sports, and a full sportsbook. Over 50 exclusive games appear here and nowhere else, including Game crab. If you enjoy live dealer action, the Casino Infinity 25% cashback on live games is a nice touch.
Bonuses and Promotions at Casino Infinity
The Casino Infinity welcome package reaches C$4,500 plus 350 free spins across four deposits, though some sources cite a smaller C$750 sign-up offer with 200 extra spins at a 100% match rate. Either way, the 35x wagering requirement is standard for the market, and the C$30 minimum deposit keeps entry affordable.
Regular players get more than a welcome offer. Casino Infinity runs 10+ ongoing promotions and weekly slots events, plus in-house and network tournaments with prize pools in the thousands. The C$750,000 live Drops and Wins events and crypto slot tournaments with €10K pools keep the schedule busy.
The Infinity Quest loyalty program spans five levels with gamification and up to €3,000 in cashback. Daily challenges, daily missions, and the Infinity Casino Prize Wheel add extra spins and deposit-related offers. Treat these as entertainment perks, not a path to guaranteed returns.
Casino Infinity's Commitment to Responsible Gambling
Casino Infinity references BeGambleAware, GamblingTherapy, and GamCare, and the site includes a responsible gambling section with information on problem gambling signs. That said, reviewers consistently flag minimal responsible gambling features as a weakness, so self-control tools may be limited.
My advice is to set your own limits before you play. Only wager what you can afford to lose, take breaks, and never chase losses. Casino Infinity is strictly 18+, and no casino can promise a win. If gambling stops being fun, step away and use the external resources listed on the site.
